Most orders ship out in 5-7 business days. If you have an emergency request, please e-mail us BEFORE placing an order to be sure we can meet your needs!

 

If for some reason we don't have your item in stock you will be notified immediately with an estimated ship date.  If you are unable to wait a replacement item can be shipped or a refund will be offered.

We always offer Free Shipping on orders over $75 (before tax).

Maddy N Me charges a $6.50 flat rate shipping fee and ships First Class through the United States Postal Service. The $6.50 flat rate fee applies to all states within the continental US, overseas orders will be extra. Please contact us for an estimated price.

If you would like insurance, an additional charge of $1.30 per $50 can be added to your order. If a package is lost or damaged we are NOT responsible for uninsured items.

 

 

Our hair bows are hand made individually, with attention to detail! Every hair bow gets looked over to make sure it meets Maddy's standards as a quality item!

I personally have sent Maddy's solid color bows through the delicate wash cycle with like colors and never had any problems. But if you have different colors of ribbons on your hair bow I would recommend to spot wash them only. Do not let the colors touch when they are wet because the colors may transfer. I also recommend placing white tissue paper (again colored tissue paper may transfer to the ribbon) between the loops while damp so that when they dry the loops have a nice round shape.
