INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1) You will need to add 9 parts boiling water to 1 part cold into a bowl or a jug.

2) You can add anywhere from 10-60 drops of fragrance, depending on whether you want the scent to be mild or strong.

3) Mix well- the doll hair fragrances are water soluble!

4) You can then add your hair into the solution

* some hair colors, when soaked in the mixture, will discolor the water. This is nothing to worry about, and the color of the hair will not be affected.

5) Let the hair remain in your bowl or jug until the water cools to room temperature, i like to leave the hair in over night to make sure the fragrance lasts.

6) Take the hair out of your bowl and let it air dry, there you have it: scented doll hair which smells great!!

These doll hair fragrances can be used on ALL types of doll hair! You can scent the hair whether or not it is already rooted into a doll. If you are not planning on doing any boil perming or styling after your reroot, you should scent the hair before you root it into your doll. But if you are going to be doing styling which involves hot water, like a boil perm, for instance, you are advised to do the boil perm with the fragrance, rather than with water alone. Of course, it wouldn't hurt to double-process the hair: you can fragrance it before you do your reroot, and then use the fragrance again with your boil perm! Bottom line: pouring unfragranced boiled water (or submerging the hair in unfragranced boiled water) after it's already been fragranced will cause the scent to be weakened, so use the fragrance in the water whenever you're doing any kind of styling that involves boiling water.

These fragrances are sold in 1/2 oz. bottles which come with a built-in dropper! Just shake the bottle, and one drop comes out! Each bottle contains about 250 drops of fragrance in it!
